If I am not a member of Burbity Workspaces can I reserve a conference room?
YES! We allow visitors to book our conference rooms in our Liberty Lake, Sullivan, and Downtown locations. You can give us a call at (509) 255-7275 and we can help you book your reservation.
Can I work at Burbity for the day without being a member?
At our Liberty Lake, Sullivan. and downtown locations, we offer $25 day passes. You don’t need to make a reservation. You can come anytime between 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Do you offer private offices in Spokane?
Yes, we have private office spaces at all our locations. They do require a one-year agreement with a deposit.
You will have access to your office 24/7.
How much are your offices?
Our private office starts at $553.00 per month with a one-year agreement. Pricing varies by size, number of occupants, and location. Feel free to book a tour with us, and we can show you around.
Do you have month-to-month options?
We do have dedicated desks at our Liberty Lake and Sullivan locations that are month-to-month. These are your desk and only your desk. They are in our open flex area.
Can I bring my own food and beverage?
Yes, whether you are here for a meeting or to work for the day, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We have plenty of room in our fridge and have microwaves for your use.
Do you have meeting rooms in Spokane?
We sure do! We have meeting rooms at our downtown, Spokane Valley, and Liberty Lake locations. Room capacities range from 4 people to 50 people.
How much do your meeting rooms cost?

Do you have catering at your locations for our meetings?
We don't offer catering services, but we have a fantastic list of recommendations we are happy to share to help you arrange food delivery for your meeting or event.
Do you offer virtual mail service with a local business address?
This membership is ideal for those who don't need an actual office but need to establish a business presence. We offer virtual mail services at our Liberty Lake and Sullivan locations. A virtual mail service membership will give you the benefit of having a professional business address that will allow for better SEO and a place to receive your business mail and small packages. This membership requires a one-year agreement.
