The Common Space event venue is 5,000 sf and offers a beautiful place to host a company function, holiday party, or celebration. This space is available in the evening or weekends. It can accommodate up to 200Â people, please inquire. This space is available after 5pm Monday through Friday, and weekends (8am - 10pm). Minimum 2-hour booking.
The Indoor/Outdoor Space event venue is 1700 sf and also has access to our patio, BBQ’s, sand volleyball court, and basketball hoop. Perfect for team building events, family gatherings, and celebrations. It can accommodate from 70-100 people, please inquire. This space is available after 3pm Monday through Friday, and weekends (8am - 10pm). Minimum 2-hour booking.
The Gathering Place event venue is 2000 sf with a 16-foot lighted buffet/bar area and dance floor. This venue is ideal for celebrations, special gatherings, milestone birthdays, etc. It can accommodate up to 150 people. This space is available after 5pm Monday through Friday, and weekends (8am - 10pm). Minimum 2-hour booking.
Please note:Â Gatherings with children under the age of 18 will need to utilize the Indoor/Outdoor Space.
When booking your event, please be sure to include time for setting up and tearing down.
